TherapyDen is a free-ish progressive directory where you can create your profile for free, no credit card required. You can also delist your profile at any time. Unfortunately, only paid accounts can list you to clients now (it used to not be that way). Still, my understanding is that having a free profile boosts SEO the chances of clients finding you via search engines!
